Let’s Go Fishing

When Jesus went fishing His purpose was to expand the Kingdom of God on the earth. He wants us to be His ambassador’s one of His fishermen fisherwoman. Jesus does not want to create people who fish for people only on the weekends. He doesn’t want a kingdom full of fishermen who play catch and release, pick and choose. We don’t have a right to decide who should be in the kingdom, who should be a child of God and who should not.

Rebuilding Of The Ruins

Our God makes all things new, where are the ruins that need Gods touch? Where are the ruins in our community, our church, on your block, in your home, in your own life? Where ever the ruins are, where ever the brokenness is that’s where God sent his Son to work, that what John the Baptist is telling us that the one who comes after him is the one, He's the one who will fill us with the Holy Spirit.

Save To Serve

The parable tells us that we are to be very productive with whatever God has entrusts to us as stewards. As good stewards we should be bringing forth and multiplying the Lord’s investment portfolio. When Jesus returns He will be expecting a return on His investment in us (His Life).

God Will See You Through

The people asked Moses what are we going to do. The Egyptians are behind us, the Red Sea is before us, what are we going to do? Sometime the leader will get an order from God that sound ludicrous, The bible says that God ways are not our way, as high as the heaven is from the earth so is God’s ways from our. What we must remember is that God always has a plan, in order for us to hear from God we must be still.

Storms Keep Coming

When we look away from Christ, and the greatness of opposing difficulties, we will begin to fail; but when we call to Him, He will put out His arm, and save us. It is not a question of if the storms come but rather when they come.

So how are we to present ourselves? We are to place at His disposal, to present, to offer as a sacrifice we are to give ourselves, to submit, to hand over our lives to Him for He is the potter and we are the clay, we are to allow Him to mold us and make us into the vessels of His choosing.
